# Legacy GST Tutorials

The following tutorials demonstrate how to run GST with older function-based or low-level APIs. For modern `pyGSTi` usage, it is recommended to use the object-oriented API described in the main [GST overview tutorial](Overview). However, these are provided in case they are useful for working with older `pyGSTi` code.
